Guest stars Dillon Casey. Casey is one person who has now appeared in both Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and the similar Torchwood as he appeared in the latter in the Miracle Day episode Dead of Night.
The episode titular hours refers to the amount time that Simmons had spent on that alien planet and 4722 hours equals to more than six months much of which she is spent with fellow survivor Will Daniels (Casey).
Intriguing and very good episode on seeing on what happened to Simmons during her lengthy time on the planet and finally understanding the effect it had on her after she got rescued by Fitz not to mention why she wanted to go back to the planet as Will is still there.
Looks like this is not the last we see of Will as he is still alive on the planet.
