The episode title is obviously a wordplay on The Green Mile, a Stephen King book that was eventually adapted into a movie.
Like the protagonists in the Stephen King story, the protagonists here are in a prison.
Quite fitting episode title and the situation the SMASHers are in considering that most of the Hulks are indeed green.
Enjoyable episode in the said prison situation and glad everything worked out with the SMASHers at the end.
