The agents as it says in the episode title are not treated as monsters anymore.
However this was short-lived when the Agents of C.R.A.S.H. fought with them made them into monsters again especially since the C.R.A.S.H. agents were only made visible to the S.M.A.S.H. agents.
Pretty good cliffhanger of the S.M.A.S.H. agents being transported to an alien planet and found out that the planet’s leader is none other than the Leader.
