Surprised to see literally the ghost of Leena.
As Claudia has discovered Artie has withheld information about her sister and it seems the sister is someone dangerous. Quite a good indication that she will be the Big Bad of the next, truncated and final season.
Quite a cliffhanger with Claudia and Paracelsus facing a showdown.
As for the episode title I would prefer The Inconvenient Truth since the difficulty with the truth is that it is inconvenient rather than hurtful.
